Tried making the flaky baked type of mooncake today. Been looking at the recipe for a long time, and finally decided to try it today!!
It looks quite nice... to me! ;)
It was rather easy to make. Took me about an hour I think. Started around the time mom went to the market. Finished when she got back... Heh

Me: Skin was rather tasteless due to the lack of butter. But it WAS flaky. So that's the good part. :P The filling was nice too, cos it wasn't made by me. Haha....
Dad: 好吃。。 有点像豆沙饼。 烧的时候跟好吃！
