I tried adapting the Green Tea Chiffon Cake recipe into Pandan Chiffon Cake as Mom loves Pandan Chiffon Cake.
I had intended to replace the liquid portion with coconut milk, but FORGOT to do so. (-_-)
The resultant cake was super green, had a nice texture and had a nice pandan taste. But it didn't have the typical fragrance.
Dad liked it.
But Mom took one bite and said it lacked the taste. Gotta try this again!!
