Breads all made with my favourite no knead recipe. Love the green tea bread - the chocolate was melty and oh so good.
The puff pastry was chewy. Not sure if it's because (1) it was expired, and (2) when attempting to defrost the pack in water, water got into the pack. Either way, it couldn't crisp up normally. The puff pastry was also disgustingly oily. Gotta try again. But I'm actually more tempted to make the lamb shanks covered in puff pastry that I made maybe more than a year ago. That was nice... :)
