Banana Cinnamon Cake

Was requested by dad to use up the super ripe banana - hence, banana cake. Dad's the only one who likes banana cake though!

This is my second time making this recipe. First time, the top got charred and I had to cover with foil. This time, it was ok. I baked on the rack that's second from the bottom this time, instead of the middle rack. That worked well!
