Bread, "Ice Cream", Pizza

Baked the soft "milk" bread again, with an additional 10g of milk. I think it might be softer. But I doubt it. Dad's comments were that it can be softer. HOW to make it softer!?!? Hrm. I need tips!!!

Tried making ice cream without an ice cream machine. It ain't creamy. It's icy. Fail!

Next up, I made Pizza using a recipe from some tiny chinese cookbook dad bought ages ago. :P The last time I tried the "normal" pizza, it was great! So I tried the thin-crust pizza this time. I was a little disappointed because it's not like Trapizza's - super crispy. Gotta figure out why! But everyone loved it. So that's great ;)
