Waffles, Quick Flatbread, Pineapple Tarts!

Waffles using my new waffle maker! Looks crispy but softens real easily. Too troublesome too - need to whip the whites.. :( Must try another recipe!


Quick Crispy Flatbread - more like crackers really. Tad bit too oily (must have overdid the oil). But tasted GREAT!


It's the festive season and time for pineapple tarts again! Thanks to mom, I have homemade pineapple "paste". The tarts are nothing to scream about - tasteless. But the pineapple paste. YUM! Appears base is too thin. So guess i'd use less pineapple next time. Used about 9g for each tart.
