Cinnamon Bread

I'd like to say YUM for this bread!


Dad loves it fresh out of the oven, and even sis (who isn't crazy about bread) agreed it's kinda addictive.

The photos were taken with the iPhone. I decided to focus on a dark spot so the pic would brighten up. These ones seem quite ok. Some of the others were a little overexposed. Heh.

The bread is soft and fluffy, just the way I like it. I think a moist dough does the trick. And I love letting them rise together into a huge loaf that can be easily broken apart. :))
