Project Jamie Oliver has started!

I'm being "forced"/"encouraged" to go on Project "cook through How to be a better cook by Jamie".

First dish and dessert of the project:
  • Jo's Favourite Pasta (tuna, tomato with penne)
  • Victoria's Sponge Cake

The lemon added to the pasta helped to remove the fishiness of the tuna.

For the sponge cake....... I made many changes to it because I didn't have enough ingredients. No self raising flour, lemon, sugar. Haha.. madness! The resulting cake's texture was kind of rough and heavy but zc said it's nice. :)
