I’m having trouble with the “butter” I used this weekend. The dough for cookies were all extremely creamy. This happened even for recipes I’ve used repeatedly in the past! In any case, I just added a bit more flour and had more freezer time (which help but the dough never hardens – at least now I know how to make cookie dough ice cream). Iced the cookies with royal icing. My second attempt, and without piping tips.
