Dark Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Made the Dark Chocolate Chiffon Cake from Sweetapolita.

I used the chiffon pan instead of the bundt as she suggested. And the cake rose SUPER high. It is still a little moist as well so that's great. To me, a nice light chocolate cake.

Sis said it the same thing too.

Dad, however, doesn't like chocolate cakes. But did comment that the texture is good - best of all I've made.

In a way, this is like a cheater's chiffon cake - it uses baking powder and baking soda. But whatever works is great! So I'm not complaining.... ;)
