Cinnamon Apple Muffins

Tried making the Cinnamon Apple Muffins at Sparkspeople this evening cos I was so bored.. Spent the afternoon reading the stupid Derivatives market document. Phew!

The muffins weren't great. They SMELLED great, but texture is blah.

It took a long time to cook. And even then, it was soggy inside. :(

It was also rather heavy. It's tough to bake with apple sauce!! Garh!
