Decided to adapt the Vanilla Chiffon Cake from Okashi to make Maraschino Cherries Chiffon Cake as I bought a big bottle some time back and never quite used it.
Texture is nice, but can't quite taste the cherries. Then again, I don't like cherries. :P
BUT... the texture is good - dad says the texture is good. I can't quite say for the taste though...
