Pineapple Tarts 3!
Third try... This time, a recipe from wlteef.blogspot.com.
I halved the recipe, except for egg and vanilla essence. halved the icing sugar but added extra 1/2 tbsp icing sugar cos I was afraid that there wouldn't be enough taste (after my previous attempt at another recipe).
I rolled my dough to about 7mm thick according to the recipe. But the tart rose so much! Hence, I added A LOT of pineapple to kind of balance out the taste. :P
It doesn't taste too bad! :)
