Rosti!

I cooked up some Rosti for dinner! I wasn't really hungry, but I cooked one large potato's worth of Rosti anyway. I just felt like I had to make something from Jamie's book. After all, I did set out to cook through his book.... for those things that I can eat.

I had to put LOADS of oil cos my pan wasn't non-stick. I ought to invest in a non-stick pan that can withstand the heat of the oven. I just need to find out what sort of pan can do that.... hrm...

In any case, the Rosti was great! It was YUMMY.. to the extent I finished it all by myself. (no one was home to share it with me anyway.)
