Ang Ku Kueh, Steamed Tang Yuan
Decided to try making Ang Ku Kueh because I've fallen in love with the one made by my colleague's friend, but she won't be able to make any for a while...
Anyway, always good to be independent! haha..
Well, I don't even know what to say about it so I shall wait till mom tries it. Some of it became too flat so it was a bit strange. Heh..
I had quite a bit of peanut filling left, so I made some tang yuan skin and wrapped it with the peanut filling. Then steamed it in a similar manner. I think it was not too bad! ;)
