Soon Kuen, Tang Yuan

Made soon kueh using HS's recipe today! The skin was easy to make and nice and soft! ;) Mommy helped with making the filling. It was DELICIOUS!!!

Spent the entire morning making it though!

Afternoon, I tried to make tang yuan. Turned out I used the wrong kinda glutinous rice flour. Luckily I persevered till I finished the pack I had, then decided to go downstairs to buy some more flour. :P It's hard to make tang yuan with filling though. But I kinda know how to do it already I guess. Dough has to be soft and smooth, just a tad bit sticky so it will stick. Filling not too watery else it'll all ooze out. Tee hee..
