Mom liked the strawberry tarts. I quite like the blueberry tarts!

Bitter Chocolate Sorbet

I quite like the texture - not too dense. But cyn felt it was too bitter...

Zc thought it was weird. Ms Woo (20Aug2010) felt it felt like "fake", cheap chocolate. Perhaps cos I used cocoa powder? :(
