Honey-Lavender Biscotti (with a touch of orange zest)


I finally got down to using some of the lavender sis bought a few months back. I'm kind of allergic to Lavender so I've been procrastinating a little.
After first bake. It's firm, and bounces back up when you press on it.

I love this recipe because it doesn't use any oil. And it doesn't crumble at all when I cut into it. Perhaps because after the first bake, its firm, but not crumbly.

Dad and Mom said they can't really taste the lavender, and that they could only taste orange... But that's strange because I could taste the lavender.

Anyways, Dad LOVES the biscottis. So that's great!
