Tried this recipe from a book Cyn and I saw at Borders since I got home relatively early last night.
It's an allergen free kinda cake (except for corn in the icing). No eggs, no flour.
It looked great, but... Cyn & I agreed it was a weird brownie.
The topping was super icing sugary. It was super sweet and has a fizzy cooling icing sugar feel.
The brownie on it's own is not yummy either. It's kinda sad cos it's super easy to make.
Gotta dump this recipe!!
(The texture wasn't that bad though.. but just doesn't taste good)
