I've had green tea powder in my cupboard for a while now... Been wanting to try this Chocolate and Matcha Tea Cakes recipe from Tartine Gourmande.
Itchy-hand me decided to decrease the amount of butter.... I think that's why the dough was super sticky and hard to "marble".
Heh.
Gotta try it again!!!! Never say die attitude! :P
