Festive Season has started!
Mom made the pineapple jam last week.. So, I knew it was TIME.
Woke up before 8am this morning at started work on the pastry. I had cut out almost all the tart bases before I realised I wanted to try making the rolled pineapple tarts! Popo claimed that it is SO much easier to make.
Well, I didn’t think it was that much easier, but it was definitely cute.
I made some changes to the recipe like reducing the amount of flour and the mix of flour.
Seems like it was better than before cos Cyn and Grace Jie ate quite a bit!
I love putting it into those chinese new year goodies boxes to confuse people…
