I made some Cinnamon Rolls using a No Knead Sweet Bread recipe on Sunday, because Da Jie asked me to make some. It's been a while since I've made Cinnamon Rolls.
I'm not sure why, but the last few times I've made this bread, the texture isn't good. It's rough and dry.
Too little oil? Too little water?
I need to find the original recipe again (no clue where it came from) and tweak all over again. T_T
I also need to learn how to cut my cinnamon rolls so they don't turn out ugly.
